KASHECHEWAN DETACHMENT LAYS CHARGE IN A THIRD DRUG INVESTIGATION WITHIN A WEEK PDF Print E-mail

(Kashechewan, ON)  On Friday, May 25, 2012, the Nishnawbe-Aski Police members of the Kashechewan Detachment conducted a drug investigation under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and a woman from Kashechewan has been charged.

Twenty-five (25) year-old April Kimberly WYNNE has been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking after the investigation resulted in the seizure of Marijuana with a street value of three thousand three-hundred thirty-two ($3,332.00) dollars.

WYNNE has been released on conditions and will next appear in court on August 22, 2012 in Kashechewan, Ontario.

Kashechewan First Nation is located approximately 500 km northwest of Timmins, Ontario.
