FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

GENERAL: The Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service requires one (1) civilian to fill the fulltime permanent position of Finance Administrator at General Headquarters in Thunder Bay, ON.
 
PURPOSE: The Finance Administrator will provide financial, administrative and clerical services to the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- A minimum of 3 years finance experience;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organization skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Sound knowledge of accounts payable, bank reconciliations, purchase orders, journal
entries and purchasing cards;
- Knowledge of ACCPAC is considered an asset.

SALARY INFORMATION: $55,255.20 – $61,279.40

HOURS OF WORK: Monday-Friday (35hrs) 8:30am – 4:30pm
